Texas Wine Lover Series: Skinny Dipping with Fiesta Winery

(Article Updated 6/14/2017)

Do you skinny dip? I do!

Next time you take off your clothes for a naked, naughty swim, invite a bottle of Skinny Dipping from Fiesta Winery to be your guest of honor. You won’t be sorry.

This is a fruity, light, mildly sweet white wine. Those of you who aren’t keen on a true dessert wine will love Skinny Dipping. However, this gentle white wine would be excellent paired with a bowl of ice cream or jelly toast.

Skinny Dipping has great legs – something I expect from a good white wine. The aroma is light, just like the taste. The wine also has a tiny fizz when it’s first poured.

I discovered Fiesta Wintery through the wine consultant at our local HEB. Gotta love HEB…the Marble Falls store is really growing up and moving with the times. I asked the consultant for a local wine that’s not yet famous. Yet.
